Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 10+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Senior Cybersecurity Lead

Location: Buckley Space Force Base (3-5 days onsite per week) with periodic visits to Boulder, CO
Clearance Required: TS/SCI

What You'll Experience

  • Leadership in Innovation: Lead groundbreaking research, identify cutting-edge technologies, and shape the direction of major market opportunities.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work with leaders across business units to develop technical strategies and drive impactful proposals.
  • Problem Solving at Scale: Solve complex challenges using advanced engineering principles and tools like modeling, simulation, and risk analysis.
  • Shaping the Future: Anticipate and address industry shifts, mentor engineers, and drive the development of new business opportunities.
  • Hands-On Impact: Support high-security, cloud-native DevSecOps environments and deliver solutions that matter.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Expertise: Bachelor's degree (10+ years experience) or Master's degree (8+ years experience) in Engineering. Strong knowledge of RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and secure systems engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux/Windows security features, Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), and cloud-native technologies (e.g., FedRAMP).
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify risks, resolve technical challenges, and champion security in all designs.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills, experience mentoring engineers, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Clearance & Commitment: Active TS/SCI clearance with on-site availability (3-5 days/week at Buckley AFB).
