Registered Nurse Baltimore MD Pay From: $38.00 per hour MUST: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland 4+years of experience as a Registered Nurse Knowledge of Patient Centered Nursing Care Strong clinical skills and knowledge Administering injections, handling wound care and triaging patients Performing various clinical duties Creating treatment plans Providing patient education Bachelor's Degree in Nursing CPR certified DUTIES: The Duties of the Registered Nurse-Care Manager include but are not limited to the following: Provide patient nursing care in the ambulatory setting Provide direct nursing to patients Perform triage and provide support by phone Collect and analyzes patient data Document phone calls Create and develop care plans for patients Document care plans and interventions Evaluate patient needs Facilitate nursing visits and provide patient education regarding available treatments for chronic diseases Provide outreach to patients Assist with transition care management Assess patients, assist with medication administration and assist with self-care Triage patients in walk in clinic Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
