Job Description What is the opportunity? The Senior Product Manager for Money Movement is the architect of how capital flows into and out of RBC Wealth Management-US. The focus of this role will be on the "velocity of money"-ensuring that high-net-worth clients can move funds via ACH, Bill Pay, and P2P (e.g., Zelle) with minimal friction and maximum speed. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of Product Innovation and Strategic Risk Management. This position will lead the development of intelligent movement rails that increase funds availability and transaction limits for Wealth Management-US's most valued clients, while simultaneously building the infrastructure to protect the firm and our clients from evolving threats. The expected salary range for this particular position is $90,000-$160,000, (Minneapolis) depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
