About the Role:

As a Document Preparation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the initial stages of document digitization and data entry processes. Your responsibilities will primarily involve preparing client paper documents for scanning, converting them into digital formats, and assisting with data entry tasks. Additionally, you will be tasked with motivating through clients' PDFs on the computer, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards throughout the document preparation process.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize and prepare client paper documents for scanning, including removal of staples, sorting, and arranging documents in proper order.
  • Motivate through Clients' PDFs: Navigate and review clients' PDF files on the computer, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and guidelines.
  • Support data entry activities by inputting information from scanned documents into appropriate databases or systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of scanned documents and data entry tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the document preparation process.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in computer skills, including navigating PDF files and basic software applications.
  • Typing speed of 10,000-12,000 key strokes per minute, demonstrating efficient data entry capabilities.
  • Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and communicate any issues or concerns.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in document preparation and data entry tasks.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience in document preparation, data entry, or a related field is preferred but not required.
