Truck Driver - CDL - Littleton, CO

We're actively seeking a Truck Driver with a Class A CDL License and Hazmat Endorsement in Littleton, CO. Our CDL Drivers are an integral part of the day-to-day success of our company and all our teams. This team member contributes to the team by their consistency and dependability that each team counts on. This critical role demands someone who is truly a team player and can be flexible within their day-to-day duties.

We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

The starting pay is $30.00-$35.00 per hour depending on experience. We offer 100% fully paid on-the-job training.

What You'll Do:

• Drive and operate heavy equipment vehicles
• Check all equipment daily to include: all fluid levels, lights, and other functions, fueling of equipment, and all safety features
• Fill out the equipment inspection forms
• Report all breakdowns or repairs needed for equipment
• Assemble materials and supplies needed for the completion of the assigned project
• Assure that all personnel and observers are at a safe distance from moving equipment

What We Need:

• Valid driver's license required with a clean motor vehicle report
• Possess a Class A CDL plus a Hazmat Endorsement and be aligned with Insituform's motor vehicle standards
• 1+ years of Truck/Trailer driving experience in an outdoor construction environment required, preferably with water and sewer utilities
• Strong commitment to safety and strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Comfortable working in confined space areas, including manholes
• Willing and able to perform physical labor and help the crew when needed, as this is not a full-time driving position
• Be able to life and move at least 75 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to be on call for one week each month (on call compensation provided)
• Must be able to travel when needed (Lodging & per diem provided)
