Weston is the leader in compliance, engineering design, maintenance, repair, and building Federal fuels infrastructure. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee our comprehensive engineering/construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, with extensive experience in POL facilities. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage multidisciplinary tasks and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Provide full program oversight for the entire contract, ensuring all projects are safely completed with excellence on time and within budget.
  • Manage the content of all proposals and ensure compliance with the requirements of the basic contract.
  • Partner and effectively communicate with the client to be responsive to changing program expectations, issues, and challenges.
  • Oversee quality assurance for all task orders, maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
  • Organize, plan, direct, supervise, and control all technical and management programs, including fiscal and administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least ten (10) years of experience within the last twelve years in POL facilities engineering.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the management of engineering design, inspection, testing, operation, and construction of POL facilities.
  • Professional Engineering License (desired).
  • API 653 certification, preferred for tank projects (desired).
  • API 570 certification, preferred for pipeline projects (desired).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to perform fiscal and administrative functions effectively.

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.

Salary Range: $112,200 - $149,600 - $187,000
