This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in complex business immigration operations, gaining invaluable experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. You will be instrumental in maintaining legal accuracy and operational integrity, contributing to projects that streamline workflows and enhance the employee experience. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the intricacies of immigration law, providing essential support to both administrators and employees, and fostering an environment of compliance and efficiency.

**What you will do:**

* Leverage U.S. immigration legal knowledge to achieve daily workflow targets and uphold the integrity of the case preparation program.

* Provide training to administrative staff on immigration filings, document processing, and job postings, offering guidance and reviewing work for legal accuracy and quality.

* Contribute to root cause analysis and resolution for legal and operational challenges.

* Propose innovative legal process improvements to elevate legal quality, enhance employee experience, optimize workflow, and build operational resilience.

* Conduct legal reviews of filings.

* Address legal inquiries related to employment eligibility verification processes.

* Support the resolution of complex employment eligibility verification issues.

* Train and oversee administrators involved in employment eligibility reverification.

* Assist managers in understanding labor certification requirements and obligations during applicant reviews.

* Respond to employee inquiries regarding visa and green card eligibility, travel, and maintenance of status.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 1+ years of overall experience in the legal field.

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a credible university.

* Admission to the bar is required.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in a high-volume legal environment.

* Demonstrated ability to support complex employment eligibility verification issue resolution.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Familiarity with standard business productivity tools.
