Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong vendor relationships, making a tangible difference every day. **What You'll Do:**
In this essential role, you will be instrumental in overseeing crucial service management processes, working closely with program leadership to maintain high operational standards. You will manage and monitor critical work queues, evaluate service requests, and facilitate smooth vendor interactions. Your contributions will directly support the efficiency and compliance of vital operational services, ensuring that the organization operates seamlessly and effectively. * Manage work order queues and proposals with precision and efficiency.
* Review and process all temporary increase requests, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
* Monitor increased services to ensure compliance and effective resource allocation.
* Assist in the de-escalation process for increased service needs, resolving issues promptly.
* Coordinate effectively with vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
* Adjust service levels as required to meet operational demands and standards.
* Monitor compliance across all managed services and vendor agreements.
* Perform administrative tracking and reporting to support program objectives. **Must-Have Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in recognizing and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs).
* 2+ years of experience in property, vendor, or program management.
* 2+ years of analytical and reporting experience, with a keen eye for detail.
* 2+ years of vendor management experience, including conducting vendor business reviews.
* 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
* 3+ years of proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a similar field.
* 2+ years of relevant work experience in addition to the core requirements. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $21.99 to $24.43 an hour.
