About Vantage Data Centers
Vantage Data Centers powers, cools, protects and connects the technology of the world's well-known hyperscalers, cloud providers and large enterprises. Developing and operating across North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific, Vantage has evolved data center design in innovative ways to deliver dramatic gains in reliability, efficiency and sustainability in flexible environments that can scale as quickly as the market demands. Product and Engineering Department The Product and Engineering organizations at Vantage deliver the platforms, systems, and infrastructure that underpin our global data center portfolio. Technical Program Management enables the successful delivery of highly complex, cross-organizational technical initiatives, ensuring architectural intent translates into reliable, scalable execution. At the IC6/IC7 level, TPMs are force multipliers-operating with broad scope, deep technical credibility, and minimal oversight to prevent technical failure at scale. Position Overview This role will be based remotely in the United States. The Principal Technical Program Manager is responsible for owning and driving Vantage's most complex, high-risk technical programs, spanning infrastructure platforms, distributed systems, and hardware/software co-design. This role operates as a single-threaded technical execution owner, partnering with senior engineering, architecture, and product leaders to anticipate failure modes, resolve deep technical tradeoffs, and ensure systems are designed and delivered for scale, reliability, and long-term operability. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibility. Essential Job Functions
