A full-time Project Manager is being hired to manage activities, build and maintain program workflows, and oversee the work of clinical research coordinators for a program of clinical research with caregivers of persons living with dementia across the country.
This role reports to the study PIs in the Center for Health Outcomes and Interdisciplinary Research (CHOIR) within the Department of Psychiatry and will work in close collaboration with investigative team. This role involves work on a Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) project that will compare two evidence-based telehealth-delivered group behavioral interventions for elevated caregiver strain among those caring for a person living with dementia. The study will be enrolling 450 caregivers from large health care systems across the country that offer multidisciplinary dementia care (University of Colorado Health, University of Rochester Medical Center, Tufts Medical Center, MassGeneral Brigham). All study activities will take place within the MassGeneral Brigham CHOIR Dementia Caregiver Clinic. The mission of this work is to improve the mental health support provided to dementia caregivers across the country. This project is planned to run for 5 years. This role may be ideal for individuals who have a Master's or above and who are highly interested in clinical research and the topic area of dementia caregiver mental health. This full-time position could accommodate a hybrid in-person/remote work schedule.
