*Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM *Type:* 6month Contract (potential for permanent conversion) *Start Date:* February 4, 2026 *Interview Process:* 1 virtual interview (30 minutes) *About the Role* We are seeking an energetic and servicefocused *Customer Service Representative* to join a highvolume member support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problemsolving, delivering exceptional service, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will handle a variety of member inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting key performance metrics. This is a fully onsite role working within a friendly and structured call center environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Handle incoming member calls (approx. 40 calls/day) with professionalism and efficiency * Meet key performance metrics such as call handle time, call quality, and aftercall work * Process financial and member transactions including: * Payments * Transfers * Opening new accounts * Online and mobile banking support * Initially focus on payment processing with opportunity to expand into additional transactions * Follow all policies and procedures related to member service operations * Maintain compliance with security, fraud prevention, and internal procedures * Build rapport and trust with members through a professional and personable approach *Required Skills & Experience* * Minimum 1 year of call center experience * Strong customer service background * Experience in banking, credit union, or financial services preferred * Ability to work fully onsite *Preferred Qualifications* * Spanish proficiency (highly preferred) * Salesforce experience is a plus *What's in It for You* * Opportunity for permanent conversion for top performers * Work with an awardwinning employer recognized regionally for workplace excellence * Competitive pay and access to a robust benefits package during your contract * Supportive, teamoriented call center environment *Additional Notes* * Candidates must successfully pass *background**, education, and credit check.* *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Herndon, VA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
