Global EHS Continuous Improvement Manager
Position Summary

The Global EHS Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager is responsible for leading the design, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise-wide Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) continuous improvement initiatives across the DRiV network. This role drives the standardization and advancement of EHS management systems, performance analytics, and digital enablement to achieve world-class safety, environmental, and compliance outcomes.

Partnering closely with Global and Regional EHS Leaders, Operations, Engineering, and Digital teams, the role ensures consistent execution of corporate EHS expectations while strengthening risk reduction, operational discipline, and EHS culture across all regions.


Key Responsibilities
Global Strategy & Governance

  • Develop, deploy, and continuously enhance the global EHS Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with corporate objectives and the EHS Management System.
  • Contribute to global EHS governance, steering committees, focus-site initiatives, and cross-functional leadership forums.
  • Identify emerging EHS risks and ensure proactive mitigation strategies and controls are embedded into global programs.


Continuous Improvement & Capability Development

  • Lead, coach, and deliver global and regional training on CI methodologies applied to EHS, including Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, Hazard Recognition, 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Embed continuous improvement principles into EHS systems and daily execution to drive consistent and sustainable performance improvements.
  • Promote behavioral safety and safety leadership principles to strengthen EHS culture and accountability.


Standards, Compliance & Certification

  • Lead and support global EHS compliance initiatives, internal assessments, and third-party audits.
  • Support EHS certification programs including P3 Maturity Grid, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.
  • Partner with the Global EHS Technical function to standardize global EHS programs, procedures, and best practices.


Performance Analytics & Digital Enablement

  • Develop and manage standardized global EHS KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting systems.
  • Analyze incidents, risk indicators, audit results, and safety culture data to identify trends and priority improvement opportunities.
  • Lead implementation, optimization, and sustainment of EHS digital platforms and tools.


Project Leadership, Benchmarking & Innovation

  • Lead global EHS CI projects from ideation through execution and sustainment.
  • Evaluate and deploy innovative risk reduction technologies and engineered controls.
  • Conduct internal and external benchmarking to identify performance gaps and best-in-class practices.


Communication & Knowledge Sharing

  • Facilitate global best-practice sharing and knowledge transfer across regions and sites.
  • Communicate progress, results, and success stories through global EHS forums and leadership reviews.
  • Support global EHS conferences, workshops, and technical forums.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related discipline required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Progressive experience in EHS leadership, continuous improvement, or operational excellence, preferably in a global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS management systems, international regulatory requirements, and ISO standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive sustainable results across cultures and regions.
