In this role, you will champion the user experience, driving innovation from concept to execution. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of internal tools and platforms, ensuring they are not just functional, but truly exceptional.

**What you'll do:**

**Innovate & Design:** Lead the design process through all phases, from conceptualization and storyboarding to creating detailed design specifications, user task/interaction flow diagrams, information hierarchies, wireframes, and prototypes.

**Craft Visual Excellence:** Develop conceptual sketches and detailed designs, ensuring brand standards are seamlessly integrated to deliver a consistent and high-quality visual experience across all products.

**Advocate for Users:** Plan and conduct comprehensive user research activities, including usability testing, online surveys, and user interviews, translating findings into actionable insights that drive product development and optimization.

**Collaborate & Influence:** Work closely with agile scrum teams, product owners, and engineers throughout the product lifecycle, integrating diverse perspectives and feedback to create holistic design solutions.

**Drive Strategic Impact:** Understand complex business objectives and technology capabilities to ensure design solutions are not only user-centric but also strategically aligned and technically feasible.

**Champion Design Systems:** Apply a deep understanding of design system principles, components, and patterns, contributing to and consuming from existing design systems to maintain consistency and efficiency.

**Inspire Thought Leadership:** Act as a thought leader, sharing product design insights and advocating for user-centered design principles to improve employee satisfaction and productivity across the organization.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, combined with 7+ years of experience in UX design.

* Demonstrated expertise in UX design and user research methodologies.

* Proven experience working within Agile environments in an enterprise setting.

* Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to present projects and status reports to senior management.

* Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills, capable of translating complex content into clear user scenarios, flows, and diagrams.

* A portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI projects and case studies.

* Proven track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

* Deep understanding of design system pillars, including principles, components, and patterns, as both a consumer and contributor.

* Ability to make smart, strategic, and user-centered design decisions, coupled with an openness to continuous iteration based on evolving needs, trends, and requirements.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques.

* Exposure to front-end development concepts.

* Experience with content design principles.
