We are seeking a highly skilled individual to elevate our understanding of public consumer feedback at scale. This role is crucial for excavating deep insights that will directly optimize marketing and product decisions, ensuring the brand maintains its external relevancy and continues to innovate based on real-world sentiment. You will be at the forefront of leveraging advanced analytical techniques to uncover trends, predict outcomes, and guide strategic initiatives across our dynamic digital landscape.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Build and maintain machine learning models to forecast and optimize campaign performance, and identify key market trends and drivers.

* Produce comprehensive performance benchmarks across various digital marketing channels by evaluating both internal data and competitive landscapes.

* Improve existing Large Language Model (LLM) classification workflows through prompt fine-tuning, rigorous data quality assurance, and implementing human-in-the-loop review processes.

* Maintain and enhance data analytics dashboards using leading business intelligence platforms to provide clear, real-time insights.

* Translate complex model outputs into tangible, actionable findings and compelling reports for both marketing and product teams, effectively addressing business needs.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field.

* A strong foundational understanding of probability and statistics.

* Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R for efficient manipulation and analysis of large datasets.

* Comprehensive knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, and neural networks.

* Hands-on experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve practical business problems such as classification, data analysis, and data labeling.

* Deep understanding of digital marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) across channels like Social, SEO, and Paid Media.

* Demonstrated ability to approach problems with an analytical mindset and effectively communicate complex findings and methodologies to both technical and creative teams.

* 3-5 years of professional experience manipulating data sets, applying statistical and machine learning models to extract actionable insights, and visualizing these insights for diverse stakeholders.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Ability to apply causal inference techniques specifically for marketing applications, with familiarity in marketing mix modeling or multi-touch attribution models.

* Knowledge of robust model evaluation frameworks, including metric definition, sampling strategy, and human-in-the-loop processes.

* Proficiency in code collaboration and version control systems (e.g., git/github/gitlab).
