SUMMARY



Responsible for providing support to the SE Employee Benefits Leadership team, including meeting planning, sponsorship management, providing content for managers, and project support. Acts as a primary contact for clients, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and building relationships to ensure satisfaction.




ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Managing client charts and track accounts assigned across client services and specialty resources.

Meeting planning and support for the SE Management team by securing space, planning and organizing activities, transportation and logistics, managing hotel block, collecting and printing materials, managing AV needs and onsite support, and Post-event surveys.

Meeting preparation by managing all contributors and providing content for managers in their leadership and non- client roles.

Assisting with sponsorship management by completing necessary applications, participant tracking, expense tracking, material production, and submissions, and submitting requested information in a timely manner.

Supporting projects by working with leaders in various projects throughout the year on National EB projects, RFP support, capacity, and profitability evaluations.

Maintain a prospect list including location, scope of services, estimated revenue, number of employees, assigned resources, meeting dates, and decision dates.

Managing travel and logistics for the Senior Leadership team by scheduling flights, booking hotels, car services, and expenses.

Support managers in new hire onboarding

Share Drive Management with purging termed clients and historic client folders in accordance with file maintenance standards

Maintain leadership by ensuring meetings and follow-up items are documented and tracked.

Manage the list of employee anniversary dates and support the leadership team in the annual acknowledgement

Assist with other employee recognition efforts



Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.

Performs other duties as assigned.




QUALIFICATIONS



Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Five (5) or more years of related work experience




SKILLS



High level of computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office programs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good problem-solving and time management skills

Self-starter with strong detail, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills

Customer focus and empathy

Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
