The basic function of the Director position is to perform the following tasks across a single organizations: lead, guide, and mentor a group of multi-disciplined engineering professionals; develop new and maintain existing client relationships; work closely with the Senior Leadership to ensure that NV5 corporate goals and guidelines are maintained. A director maybe focused on either technical or business development aspects. Responsibilities Office Management and Team Leadership:
Manages both technical and non-technical staff to ensure that their performance meets office and firm-wide goals and objectives.
