Job Title: Wealth Advisory Administrative Assistant Overview: Our Wealth Advisory group is looking for a Wealth Advisory Administrative Assistant who thrives on supporting client relationships, managing account documentation, and staying on top of all the little things that keep us running smoothly. This role is essential to the success of our client experience-from onboarding new relationships to preparing for committee meetings and keeping trust documentation current. You'll be the go-to person for administrative coordination and a trusted partner to our Wealth Advisors and Relationship Managers. A Day in the Life: You'll start your day reviewing client account activity, following up on any transaction requests, and making sure all onboarding paperwork is moving along-whether that's prepping forms for e-signature or supporting a Relationship Manager with meeting materials.
