Hours & Pay



  • Schedule: 1st shift, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (30-minute lunch)

    • In office Monday-Thursday
    • Remote work on Fridays


  • Pay Rate: $22-$25 per hour

What You'll Do Each Day



  • Review incoming purchase orders for accuracy and compliance with order guidelines
  • Enter and acknowledge customer orders from email, fax, and customer portals into the ERP system
  • Monitor order status to ensure timely processing and fulfillment
  • Track order dates, schedule changes, and shipping updates to maintain alignment across teams
  • Communicate order confirmations, updates, delays, and issues clearly and professionally with customers
  • Collaborate with planning, production, sales, purchasing, engineering, logistics, and project teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Escalate order issues, system concerns, or unusual trends promptly to leadership
  • Maintain accurate customer account records, order documentation, and correspondence
  • Respond quickly to changes requested by customers or internal teams to prevent production delays
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and relay messages accurately
  • Prepare order and status summaries to support internal reporting needs



What We're Looking For



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support
  • Experience in a manufacturing or inventory-driven environment preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with Epicor ERP or similar systems strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, work at a computer, and lift up to 15 lbs as needed
