* Analyze filter performance and readiness against defined program milestones, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

* Create intuitive and visually engaging dashboards that communicate key metrics and insights to the program management team and stakeholders.

* Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and technical teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.

* Present findings and recommendations in clear, concise formats to facilitate data driven decision-making within the NPI process.

* Document data models, analytical methods, and dashboard usage for future reference and knowledge transfer.

* Automate reporting workflows using Python, SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Required Experience and Skills

* Pursuing or holding a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

* Solid understanding of data analysis, statistical concepts, and performance measurement techniques.

* Experience (academic or professional) with data engineering tasks such as ETL, data wrangling, and pipeline development.

* Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, R).

* Familiarity with dashboarding and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical audiences.
