Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Director Business Development, the Business Development Manager will lead efforts to create, foster, and expand client relationships, with a strategic emphasis on securing contracts through the GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) vehicles and other GSA Schedules. This role requires deep familiarity and proven effectiveness in leveraging the full suite of GSA contract vehicles including but not limited to OASIS+, GSA Multiple Award Schedules (MAS), and related GWACs and IDIQs to maximize access to federal acquisition opportunities. The Business Development Manager will actively sponsor and oversee interactions to obtain government and commercial contracts, playing a pivotal role in developing and facilitating end-to-end capture processes tailored specifically to GSA Schedules and federal services procurement environments. Responsibilities include opportunity identification, business development, shaping capture strategies, developing win themes, analyzing budgets and pricing structures, providing proposal development inputs, and delivering client facing presentations specifically targeting OASIS+ contract opportunities and all relevant GSA schedule vehicles. This position is based in Dayton, Ohio; remote work may be available depending on candidate qualifications. Primary Duties/Responsibilities
