Overview BigBear.ai is seeking a System Administrator to support mission critical application and systems in support of multiple Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) projects. The selected candidate will serve in a System Administrator role to keep the system operational, compliant and perform trouble shooting as needed. The position will be a hybrid role in Hanover, MD. What you will do Ensure system operational compliance and perform troubleshooting as needed. Engage in program management, mission support, software integration, development, system engineering, migration, testing, and documentation. Monitor networks and systems, manage configuration control, and handle release management. What you need to have 10 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (4 additional years of experience may substitute). Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher (if applicable). In-depth understanding of RedHat Linux 8 and above, and Win10/Win11 What we'd like you to have Familiarity with AWS/eVo, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience with CM, monitoring, version control, and infrastructure deployment tools. Ability to perform system startup & shutdown, vulnerability scans, and patch management on Linux and Windows. Skilled in creating/updating documentation and diagrams (System Security Plans, Security CONOPS, FAQs, How To's). Maintain current documentation with minimal supervision.
