Job Summary The Systems Analyst reports into the Supply Chain organization and is responsible for supporting supply chain applications. This role will partner with the supply chain governance team to implement and enforce supply chain governance in all supply chain systems, provide continuous education training on supply chain systems, and prioritize system enhancements by impact. This position requires an analytical mindset, understanding of procurement operations (including third party), a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency. ** Responsible for master data management in our systems and tools. Primarily SAP S4 material and service item master data. Also support in our system integrations and between SAP S4, Ariba, Peoplesoft, etc.
Essential Functions
- Create, publish, and monitor relevant supply chain metrics and reporting to provide data visibility and support business needs, highlighting areas of risk with solution options. Using discretion to create and analyze supply chain metrics and reporting and makes recommendations to the business units to mitigate risk.
- Manage configuration updates to the systems
- Provides guidance and recommendations to the Product Owner regarding system enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements
- Participate in the testing, rollout, and documentation of new or upgraded supply chain applications; verify outputs, troubleshoot defects, and train end users
- Coordinate data flows between procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier-relation systems to ensure timely and accurate reporting of purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier scorecards
- Support digital transformation and automation efforts for all supply chain applications
- Respond promptly to system disruptions or user inquiries, ensuring minimal impact on supply chain operations
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of procurement and supply chain solutions and stays up to date with industry trends and best practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reporting accuracy, usability, and accessibility
- Provide accurate and timely supply chain reporting required to support enterprise strategic planning, as well as execute on day-to-day operations
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data and performance documentation.
- Develop training materials and reporting standards to promote systems literacy and self-service adoption among stakeholders.
- Communicate user requirements, system issues, and enhancement requests to the IT team, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams for knowledge sharing and continual system optimization.
Required Qualifications For Position
- Associate's degree Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-3 years data analytics, performance management, or business intelligence roles, with a strong preference for Supply Chain domain exposure.
- Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Knowledge and experience in procurement, category management, warehouse/inventory management, or related function
- Ability to identify challenges and propose creative solutions
- Familiarity with data governance principles, master data management, and system validation practices.
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools.
- Drivers License

Salary Range*: $67,900.00 - $101,900.00
*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity. Posting Start Date: 2025-12-17
