The Role:

Financial Analyst to provide day-to-day support of the Corporate FP&A functions including but not limited to group consolidations, corporate segment, overhead expense analysis, general reporting & analysis, systems support, budget & forecast support, and ad hoc analysis as required.

Responsibilities:



  • Key player in the consolidation of group reports and associated KPIs on a monthly basis.
  • Lead the consolidation of the corporate segment reports on a monthly basis including expense tracking and departmental presentations.
  • Analyze account level variances and trends while providing insights and corrections.
  • Help create and maintain segment budgets and subsequent forecasts while leading the corporate segment process.
  • Maintain standard reporting sets and assist in maintaining reporting associated with the EPM.
  • Consolidation of the daily operating report (DOR) summary for casinos on a weekly basis with insights and commentary to the executive team.
  • Act as additional project support for validation, report creation, and visualizations for both the Oracle EPM and related reporting systems.
  • Assist in the maintenance and creation of driver based financial metrics, models, and forecasting in and outside of the current financial systems.
  • Assist in the maintenance and creation of various FTE analysis and reporting.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support as needed
  • Other duties as assigned



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of financial reporting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments and levels within the organization.
  • Oracle ERP, EPM, Hyperion Planning, or other related financial tool a plus.

Target Salary:



  • $75,000 Annual Salary (Offer DOE)
