Job Summary
Join our Community Psychiatry Program as a key player in coordinating vital mental health services for patients. You will serve as the central point of entry for all referrals, ensuring that individuals receive compassionate and timely access to necessary resources. Your role will include:



  • Identifying and managing cases that qualify for case management and psychiatric rehabilitation.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest resources and services available to enhance patient care.
  • Ensuring all requests for psychiatric services are triaged and referred to the right providers promptly and sensitively.


Job Requirements

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Mental Health, or a closely related field, combined with two to three years of relevant experience.
  • No specific certification, registration, or licensure is required.
  • Strong analytical skills to tackle problems using scientific, mathematical, or technical principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathize in challenging situations.

Salary Range: Minimum 24.54/hour - Maximum 40.51/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
