Position Summary:

Responsibilities: Essential Duties



  • Oversee and assist in development of insights and analytical output of pricing, sales, and overall strategy developed by the Pricing Insights Analyst(s) and Product Marketing team.
  • Conceptualize and develop Business model innovation strategies and analytics with Marketing Leadership.
  • Implement and maintain Pricing System - master, contract, pricing, and sales data.
  • Actively develops strategies within the pricing system and makes recommendations in regards to both GPO and End-Customer pricing and provides ongoing insights to the Marketing Team.
  • Utilize pricing system to identify actionable uplift opportunities and present to Product Marketing Directors and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Oversee the collection and evaluation of sales, market, and pricing data as well as the analysis of various economic conditions to measure the attainment of pricing objectives.
  • Act as liaison to other functional areas as it relates to RFP, Bids and new business opportunities.
  • Create strong interdepartmental links, relationships, and communication channels through bid processes by ensuring stakeholder buy-in and deal optimization.
  • Oversees entire Bid process from deal conceptualization to contracting phase.
  • Minimize price-variability across SKUs and contracts.
  • Monitor pricing, sales volume, and product mix to ensure that organizational goals are met.
  • Support revenue and operating profit goals through price attainment.
  • Establish price standards, strategies, and performance measurement.
  • Help businesses set strategic prices in the market, implement pricing improvement programs, and track financial impacts.
  • Data visualization, data management, hypothesis testing and validation.
  • Responsible for personnel actions including hiring, performance management and termination.

  • Drives development of advanced technologies, principles and processes.

  • Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers.

Required:



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10-12 years related experience required.
  • Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Occasional business travel required, Valid driver's license and passport, Secrecy and invention agreement and non-compete agreement

Salary Range: $135,000-$165,000
