This is a US-based remote position that will start as a 6 month engagement and could extend up to 18 months.

A Talent Operations Coordinator is a vendor and centralized point of contact between the business team and recruiting, who will manage various operational tasks and ensure a smooth hiring process. The talent program is funded by the executive office and will be responsible for creating all requisitions within every business group. It is critical to have a high level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with tact and professionalism.

What You'll Do



  • Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data.
  • POC for net-new and backfill requisition requests, including facilitation of the approval and creation processes.
  • Work in our recruiting systems and cross functionally with business managers/recruiters/hiring managers/admins to create requisitions.
  • Ensure data accuracy across all systems and make certain appropriate contacts are engaged and informed.
  • Partner closely with business managers, admins and with hiring managers.
  • Tracking and reporting end to end details for all open, and in process, hiring.


Required Qualifications



  • 3-4 years of experience managing high volumes in a similar field.
  • 3-4 years of experience with MS Office (outlook/excel/word) and Azure DevOps experience.
  • Excellent communication experience (written / verbal / discretionary / confidentiality).
  • Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently.
  • Ability to proactively identify and escalate issues as needed.
  • Exercise sound judgment and make well-informed decisions in complex, ambiguous situations, escalating as needed.
  • The ability to successfully work in a team environment and build effective working relationships.
  • The ability to prioritize and work independently and effectively with an appropriate sense of urgency while adjusting direction in response to quickly changing priorities.
