This is a US-based remote role that will start as a 6 month engagement and could extend up to 18 months.

About the Role

Supports day-to-day operations and execution; reviews rhythm of the business (ROB) and recommends process improvements. Contributes to execution of continuation of business plans during periods of change or special circumstances. Follows strategy execution best practices and contributes to management of corporate strategy initiatives across functions by driving accountability for processes, supporting communications, and reporting to ensure alignment across groups. Supports the annual budget process under the direction of others. Uses network such as with peers to attain results; learns to grow network and leverage it correctly to inform work. Builds trust, encourages collaboration, and enables fact-based decision making for leader through sharing of timely, accurate, and relevant information. Drives team culture and health for the leader by getting a pulse on organizational health, as well as leading culture initiatives (e.g., Diversity and Inclusion [D&I], hiring, onboarding) while partnering with Human Resources (HR) to do so. Contributes to projects as needed to meet the changing business environment. Executes internal communications strategy and programs.

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm:



  • Morning: Review delivery health metrics across Americas; prepare updates for leadership forums.
  • Midday: Orchestrate business rhythms such as Weekly Delivery Health Reviews or Monthly Business Reviews; coordinate stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Afternoon: Work on reporting enhancements (e.g., Americas Leakage Report), optimize processes, and engage in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ad hoc tasks: Handle escalations, enable strategic initiatives, and occasionally present in leadership forums.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Minimum 5 years of overall experience in business management, program coordination, or operations within a regional or global context.
  • Minimum 5 years experience with Rhythm of Business support
  • Minimum 5 years experience with reviewing data in Excel and PowerBI (preferably with experience working on finances)
  • Minimum 5 years experience with business management working directly with stakeholders.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business rhythms and drive process improvements.
  • A highly organized, adaptable, and proactive approach, comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Strong strategic thinking and consultative engagement capabilities.
