The Patient Access Supervisor acts as the liaison for administrative services and operations within the Department of Cancer Services. This role involves overseeing a high-performing team of clinical care coordinators, managing complex authorization processes, handling call center escalations, and driving process improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations, such as timekeeping, monitoring departmental performance, and optimizing staff schedules. Additionally, the role involves coordinating patient access functions and ensuring the implementation of standard procedures for front and back-end operations, as well as supervising the clinical care coordinator team by providing guidance and support. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $71,600 - $127,400 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $34.29 - $61.02 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
