A Taste Of What You'll Do

Join our team as an Associate Platform Developer and help build and extend "the platform" that powers business solutions across Gallo. You'll write clean code, run unit tests, participate in builds, and create or modify applications while following established best practices. You'll collaborate with product partners and peers to translate requirements into working features, support QA efforts, perform root cause analysis, and assist with upgrades and future-phase implementations.

You'll document solutions, support and train customers, and contribute to meetings and project work-taking part in small projects and larger initiatives as needed. You'll learn platform capabilities and constraints, identify opportunities for system and process improvements, and help ensure performance, SLAs, schedules and budgets are met. You may provide occasional on-call support and will be expected to follow safety, quality and regulatory guidelines.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of IT experience.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of IT experience; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of IT experience.
  • Familiar with REST/SOAP API functions.
