Overview

As the Coborn's Pharmacy Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end operations of our pharmacy warehouse. From pharmaceutical sourcing and inventory optimization to team leadership and regulatory compliance, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence. You'll serve as the facility's designated representative to governing bodies and play a critical role in scaling operations as we grow.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who blends operational discipline with forward-thinking strategy-using data analytics, continuous improvement, and strong partnerships to deliver outstanding results.

Sourcing and Inventory Management

  • Manage stock levels, ensure adequate inventory, and prevent shortages to align with departmental goals and demand.
  • Ensure all purchased products meet regulatory requirements and standards, and manage expired and recalled products
  • Locate and order inventory from approved vendors
  • Process incoming and outgoing purchase orders and deliveries
  • Analyze usage trends and provide data on supply chain performance
  • Understand, analyze, and negotiate pharmaceutical prices to acquire at the lowest possible cost
  • Assist with inventory management and stock balancing across the pharmacy department

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations of the Pharmacy Warehouse in coordination with the District Manager and Pharmacy Operations leadership.
  • Develop, write, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for the facility
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements using data-driven insights and performance analytics.

Talent & Team Management

  • Support hiring processes: screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate onboarding and training.
  • Develop and mentor team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
  • Cultivate a positive work culture centered on engagement, accountability, and professional development.
  • Make recommendations regarding promotions, corrective actions, and termination decisions.

Administrative & Technical Oversight

  • Oversee completion of daily administrative duties, including reporting, scheduling, timekeeping, and call triage.
  • Maintain hardware/software systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
  • Monitor supplies and hardware inventory to ensure availability for operations.
  • Occasionally assist with pharmaceutical packaging, sorting, and shipping.

Requirements

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain, logistics or related field or
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations or warehouse management required.
  • Pharmacy/healthcare experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead process improvements using analytics.

Pay Range

USD $72,000.00 - USD $114,000.00 /Yr.
