Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Candidates should have a solid understanding of procurement, contracting, or administrative review processes, along with general knowledge of compliance or regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, including the ability to interpret complex documents, write clear summaries, and interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and comfort managing multiple tasks or deadlines. Candidates should be proficient with common office software and able to learn new systems quickly. They must demonstrate sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in job related field plus one year of related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years. Preferred Qualifications Candidates with formal paralegal training, a degree in legal studies, or a closely related field are also encouraged to apply. Equivalent combinations of education and professional experience in compliance, regulatory work, or contract administration may be considered.
