Duration: 10 Weeks Date: June - Aug, 2026 Location: On-site in Naperville, IL. The team you'll be part of Cloud and Network Services - Portfolio Innovation Incubation As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software, automation, and as-a-service delivery models. Education Recommendations Currently a candidate for a bachelor's degree or master's in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, etc. or a related field with an accredited school in the US. As part of our team, you will: Learn and apply emerging technologies and techniques focused on automation and simplification. Utilize modern software development practices, including GitOps and CI/CD-based deployment methodologies. Engage with a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team and observe how they approach and resolve complex technical challenges. Experience programming in Python, including writing, testing, and troubleshooting code. Practical exposure to networking concepts, particularly TCP/IP. Strong communication skills that support effective collaboration and clear information sharing. A "can-do" attitude and a willingness to go beyond the obvious in pursuing creative solutions to problems. The ability to learn, both from structured material and through self-driven research. Ideally, you also have: Experience using source code control, preferably git Solid presentation skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver clear, well-organized content.
