What We DoLeading a team, responsible for developing and implementing an impactful communications strategy for a division. Provides guidance and counsel to senior leaders on all aspects of communications including internal/external communications, media relations, crisis communications and executive communications.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute integrated communication strategies for National Commercial Services (NCS), including executive communications, division-wide messaging, and strategic storytelling that supports business priorities.
  • Partner closely with senior executives to craft email messages, blogs, talking points, video scripts, presentations, and other thought leadership communications that distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Communicate operational, strategic, and industry themes (including emerging technologies such as AI) in ways that resonate across varied audiences.
  • Strengthen alignment between corporate and operational teams by creating communication approaches that help bridge organizational gaps and support a more unified employee experience.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to maintain consistency of messaging, elevate editorial quality, and reinforce communication standards across all divisions.
  • Contribute to communication planning, storytelling, and messaging needs of other teams as needed.
  • Build strong relationships across functions to anticipate communication needs, elevate perspectives, and foster transparency and connection across business lines.
  • Bring creative, modern communication ideas that increase engagement through video, digital storytelling, and innovative communication formats.
  • Shape and align executive communications with the enterprise-wide strategic agenda to reinforce key priorities and initiatives.
  • Define and evolve the executive communication voice and strategic platform to effectively articulate and drive the organization's vision
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, offering insight, influence, and strategic guidance on messaging and communication approach.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization

Strategic Influence & Future Focus

  • Play a key role in shaping and strengthening the communication strategy for Title and related business lines, helping to align Title Communications with Corporate Communications in a more connected, cohesive approach.
  • Contribute to ongoing efforts to improve communication flow between corporate-led messaging and the field, ensuring employees feel connected to the broader enterprise.
  • Help develop scalable communication processes, frameworks, and best practices that can evolve with the needs of the business.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively within a high-performing communications team, contributing ideas openly and partnering effectively across functions.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and communication expertise to divisional leaders and subject matter experts, even without direct reports at the outset.
  • Model communication excellence by championing clarity, creativity, consistency, and employee-centered messaging.
  • Build trust quickly across leadership and teams, navigating a complex environment with professionalism, diplomacy, and strategic judgment.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (advanced degree preferred).
  • 8+ years progressive management experience.
  • 10+ years in corporate communications or a related field, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic communication plans.
  • Deep expertise in executive communications, narrative development, strategic planning, and cross-channel messaging.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities with an ability to simplify complexity and tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience advising senior executives in high-visibility, high-stakes environments.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, change communication, and the evolving role of AI and emerging technologies in business and communications.
  • Highly collaborative working style - able to share ideas openly and contribute to a team culture rooted in partnership and alignment.
  • Skilled at building relationships, connecting dots across the organization, and bridging communication gaps in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to approach communication challenges in fresh, modern, innovative ways.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic role that supports both divisional and enterprise-level communication needs.

Pay Range: $126,100.00 - $168,125.00 annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
