Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Arden Hills, MN. The Account Manager role primarily serves as a support function within the account management team. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of transactional accounts, maintaining client satisfaction through efficient handling of tasks, and supporting higher-level account managers in various duties. Handling routine and repeatable processes, perform basic customer service functions, and assist in managing smaller or less complex accounts. Being physically present in the office is crucial for fostering strong team collaboration, effective communication, and building meaningful relationships with colleagues (up- and down-stream from CS), which are essential for optimal productivity and a positive work environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timelines in accordance with client agreements & help with resolving discrepancies
  • Perform daily tasks such as job tracking & job reconciliation
  • Execute and assist with manual on-site job ticket updates
  • Generate and provide reports to clients or internal teams as required
  • Monitor open tickets and assist in ticket management and resolution
  • Provide client support to AM IIs and AM IIIs as needed
  • Handle basic file reconciliation, including validating incoming files and monitoring processing to ensure accuracy
  • Manage inventory by tracking, replenishing, and reporting on stock levels needed for upcoming client projects
  • Processes pulls, holds, monitors & administer incidents (VINs) and simple change requests according to client needs using internal project management tools
  • Assist in pricing updates
  • Ensure SLA & quality metrics are being met for smaller clients
  • Responsible for daily activities on smaller clients
  • Ownership of smaller client accounts
  • Limited client facing communication responsibilities
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

You Must Have:

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey information in emails, project collaboration tools, reports & meetings
  • Utilizing analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with problem-solving expertise, to identify inconsistencies and contribute to effective solutions
  • Good Interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate efforts within the team as well as other internal departments with a drive for learning and exploration
  • Proven ability to perform efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising quality or standards
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Office

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $50,00 - $70,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
