Resumen

The Human Resource Administrator will assist with administrative tasks during onboarding, coordinates pre-onboarding activities, and ensures smooth integration for new hires. Maintains accurate employee files, contracts, and compliance documentation; supports audits to ensure adherence to employment laws. Assists employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries; communicates and enforces company policies and procedures. Supports recruitment processes, schedules training sessions, tracks attendance, and maintains training records to foster employee development.


Responsabilidades


    Provides administrative support for various HR processes, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, benefits enrollment, transfers, promotions, market adjustment, and offboarding, including preparing and processing relevant documentation.

  • Monitors and responds to assigned HR cases (questions, concerns, etc.) within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery tool, escalating trends or broader issues for review and resolution.
  • Supports various programs and ad hoc projects within the HR department (such as new hire orientation, New Leader Training, etc.)
  • Coordinates training sessions, tracks attendance, and maintains records.
  • Assist with creating, running, and reviewing reports for data audits.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Calificaciones

Education
* Associates in Human Resources business or related field required. ()

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business or related field preferred. ()

Experience
* 2+ years HR support or administrative role required. ()

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Proficient in MS Office Suite

* Ability to learn and operate an HRIS system

* Time management and multi-tasking with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

* Experience handling and maintaining confidential information with discretion and professionalism

* Strong written and verbal communication

* Attention to detail and accuracy

* Work collaboratively in a work setting
