A global automotive manufacturing organization with a strong North American footprint is seeking a strategic, people-focused Talent & Recruitment Strategy Manager to drive full-cycle recruiting and onboarding excellence. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives at the intersection of talent acquisition, workforce planning, compliance, and data-driven decision-making. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders while shaping recruiting strategies that support long-term business growth.

Hours & Pay



  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Pay Range: $62,518.54 - $92,214.85 annually, based on experience and qualifications
  • Travel: Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%)

Daily Tasks



  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiting team members to design and execute effective, innovative recruiting strategies
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles ranging from entry-level to senior leadership
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and talent pipelines
  • Conduct intake meetings, interviews, candidate assessments, and reference checks
  • Oversee interview coordination, offer negotiations, and hiring decisions
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports
  • Advise leaders on recruiting best practices while ensuring EEO and employment law compliance
  • Support workforce planning, agency/vendor management, and college recruiting initiatives



Onboarding & Employee Support Responsibilities



  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding, including background checks, employment and education verification, and I-9 compliance
  • Create and maintain employee profiles in HRIS systems to support payroll and benefits accuracy
  • Audit onboarding documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage new hire paperwork, including tax forms, confidentiality agreements, and policy acknowledgments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, partnering with HR colleagues on benefits, payroll, and performance questions
  • Conduct new hire orientations and provide hiring process training to managers



Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources preferred
  • 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruitment
  • Proven experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across multiple job levels
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and EEO requirements
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and deliver actionable, data-driven insights
  • Experience with workforce planning, agency management, and offer negotiations
  • College recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, dashboards, and executive-level presentations

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
