Summary: Supervises the Shop Services crews to assure work is coordinated and completed safely, efficiently and on schedule to support the reliable and safe operation of the electrical system. Supervisor ensures compliance with safety rules, Company policies and procedures, as well as job specifications and regulatory standards. Supervisor provides leadership to the crews, utilizing departmental background, interpersonal skills, coaching skills and technical expertise. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Requires a high school education or a G.E.D. providing the equivalent knowledge of English, basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and calculation of fractions and/or percentages), grammar, spelling and punctuation. Experience: Requires a minimum of five years of experience as Head Journeyman. Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in Shop Services activities in support of Electric and Gas Operations We want you to know What we bring to you
