The Student Center serves as the principal site for student programming and offers office accommodation for student leadership, the Game Room, Food Retail and more. In addition, it offers an array of services, conveniences and amenities for students, faculty, staff, alumni and guests.
The Student Centers Representative will assist in overseeing general management of the Donald Julian Reeves Student Activities Center and the Cleon F. Thompson Center. Secondly, the Student Centers Representative will assist with the set-up for events and activities within the facilities to include, but not limited to meetings, events, and activities. In addition, the Student Center Representative will assist in supervising the student workers ( FWS) who aid in the successful completion of events and activities in Donald Julian Reeves Student Activities Center and the Cleon F. Thompson Center.

The position coordinates the day-to-day functions of a program, planning and organize activities, communicate and interpret program information, policy and procedures, and provide excellent customer service to clients. Work requires considerable knowledge of the assigned program and may require knowledge of related guidelines and information technology systems. Positions often serve as a program contact, and assist with day-to-day activities, and problem-solving process and procedural issues. Work may involve serving as a program assistant. Work may involve assisting with transactional services.

Program areas of assignment may include one or more of the following: support of fund development, facilities coordination and administration, event coordination, program and administrative support services.
