- Business Analyst evaluates user requests for new or modified products. Analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
- Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
- Proficient in Agile practices and story writing.

Minimum of 5 years' working experience in the following areas:
- 5 years of proven working experience as a business systems analyst for medium-to-large projects.
- Able to communicate and collaborate with agile delivery teams and other technical staff, business partners and vendors.
- Able to lead requirements-gathering sessions, including workshops, interviews, and document analysis, to capture detailed business needs.
- Able to accurately translate system and business requirements into epics, features and user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
- Able to write UAT test scripts and proficient in UAT testing.
- Able to identify and document project risks and actions to mitigate risks.
- Able to track requirements throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, VISIO, Draw.io, ADO, JIRA, Confluence and BI Tools.
- Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems.
