About The Position The Contingent Security Force Coordinator is responsible for field security and scheduling contracted law enforcement company-wide at Ameren. This includes security force personnel located in Missouri and Illinois, as well for Ameren operations as required for storm travel. The Contingent Security Force Coordinator will ensure guard force adherence to applicable contract language and Ameren policy. Additionally, the Coordinator will provide trending data related to contracted police and field security. The Contingent Guard Force Coordinator will function as a liaison for communications between Corporate Security, the SOC and internal customers. The Coordinator will provide outstanding customer service and satisfaction by assisting with customer inquiries and concerns related to guard force services and will ensure that records are audit-ready. Key responsibilities include:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Five or more years' relevant experience (e.g., physical security scheduling and communications, law enforcement dispatch, military). Strong background in law enforcement secondary hire-back requirements across numerous police departments highly preferred. Understanding of physical security and situational awareness preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours to meet situational demands. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
Compensation Range: $60,200.00 - $90,300.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
