What does a Power Platform Engineer do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The Power Platform Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, as well as providing technical guidance and support to other team members. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, as well as experience with common data service, data connectors, and custom connectors.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Document processes and contribution to knowledge-sharing within the team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Power Platform ecosystem
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related degree required
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role required
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer preferred
- Experience with Dataverse and custom connectors. preferred
- Knowledge of ALM practices and solution deployment preferred
- Familiarity with Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC) & CoE toolkits preferred
- Good to have experience with FetchXml, JavaScript, C# etc. preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, PowerApps (Canvas & Model Driven), Power Automate - Cloud Flows and desktop flows, Copilot Studio Agents and Power BI
- Experience with common data service, data connectors, and custom connectors
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party systems
- Knowledge to work with APIs, Microsoft Graph
- Knowledge of data operations (filtering, pagination, concurrency, retry policies
