A Taste of What You'll Do We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to execute the "6th Standards" and drive brand support in spirits sales functions. Your primary focus will be on increasing share/RAB in control states and underrepresented markets. By applying your sales skills in a "blitz style" format, you will target specific markets and accounts based on identified opportunities, providing essential support to our embedded spirits sales teams to boost Gallo spirits sales and brand recognition. In this role, you will participate in strategies that facilitate the selling, distribution, and brand recognition of Gallo spirits. You will impact shelf, cold box, POS, and SRP programs to meet our sales organization standards, and share Gallo's quality standards and vision to influence the "6th Standards." Your efforts will include participating in product demos and tastings where legal, managing individual account goals, and identifying business development opportunities. You will track and measure the results of your sales calls, develop sales presentations and brand education materials, and educate distributor and broker personnel on Gallo's history, philosophy, and brands. Compliance with the Gallo Winery T. & E. policy is essential, as is the willingness to travel to various regions and states to implement sales strategies. Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities will be a key part of your role, along with maintaining satisfactory attendance and timeliness. You will be responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental, and safety regulations.
