Are you ready for a summer of amazing experiences and memories that will last a lifetime? We are looking for responsible, enthusiastic individuals to serve as positive role models and mentors for youth, ages 5 - 17 at our American Camp Association accredited summer camp. Qualified candidates will possess patience, fairness, compassion, resilience, great listening skills, and have a passion for the outdoors, fun and developing young people. You will help provide a fun, caring, safe environment in which young people will learn to appreciate nature, enjoy the challenges of adventure activities while creating lasting friendships and memories. You will deliver age appropriate, predetermined curriculum in a variety of camp activities including, but not limited to: target sports, ecology, crafts, swimming, boating, hiking, team challenges, high ropes, photography, sports and games and/or rock climbing. Applicants are required to reside on site and in cabins with children.

Jr Camp Counselor:
Jr Camp Counselors are responsible for the daily care and supervision of up to 10 children charged under their care, ranging from ages 5 to 17. Jr Camp Counselors will be paired with a co-counselor to support their supervision of campers. They will foster and maintain positive developmentally sound relationships between and with campers, assist in personal care as needed, be attentive at all times, and assist with a variety of camp activities. These include, but are not limited to, target sports, rock climbing, crafts, and aquatic activities.
Pay starts at $290.
Camp Counselor: Camp Counselors are responsible for the daily care and supervision of up to 10 children charged under their care, ranging from ages 5 to 17. Camp Counselors will foster and maintain positive developmentally sound relationships between and with campers, assist in personal care as needed, be attentive at all times, and assist with a variety of camp activities and programs. These include, but are not limited to, target sports, rock climbing, crafts, and aquatic activities.
Pay starts at $300.
Health Care Coordinator: The Health Care Coordinator will be responsible for the general healthcare of our campers during the summer. This individual will be responsible for the organization of medical forms, dispensing medications, providing minor first aid and responding to emergency situations by calling in proper medical technicians if needed.
Pay starts at $425.
Wellness Coordinator: The Wellness Coordinator supports the mental, emotional, and social well-being of both campers and staff. This role assists in de-escalating high-stress or emotionally charged situations, providing guidance, documenting incidents and ensuring appropriate follow-up. The Wellness Coordinator works closely with the Program Director to document and monitor ongoing camper or staff concerns, helping maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive camp community.
Pay starts at $425.
Program Coordinator: The Program Coordinator is accountable for upholding strong risk-management standards, ensuring that all camp programs are delivered safely, consistent quality checks, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational policies. This position is responsible for overseeing all program materials and ensuring their appropriate use throughout camp operations.

Logistics Coordinator: The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing cabin and cleaning supply inventories, and operational resources. Logistics Coordinator ensures the camp environment remains clean, organized, and fully equipped, enabling smooth and safe operations across all departments.

Head Counselor: The Head Counselor is responsible for supporting staff management processes, including scheduling, performance communication, and facilitating healthy team dynamics. This role ensures staff members have the support, clarity, and resources needed to perform their duties effectively, contributing to a positive and mission-aligned work culture.

Work Schedule: Workdays will begin around noon on Sunday of each week and end around noon on Friday. Workdays are subject to fluctuations from time to time. These positions demand a high level of responsibility and attention to detail. You will be with the campers 24/7 for meal times and activities to ensure order, timeliness, and cleanliness throughout the camp week.
