We're seeking a Director of Analyst Relations to lead and elevate Marvell's engagement with the global analyst community. This is a highly strategic role responsible for shaping how top industry analysts understand and communicate Marvell's innovation, strategy, and market leadership.

This position is based in Santa Clara, CA and is an in-office role five days per week to enable close collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional teams

What You Can Expect

  • As Director of Analyst Relations, you will serve as a key strategic voice responsible for influencing the technology industry's most important market analysts and research firms.

    You will:

  • Build and lead Marvell's global analyst relations strategy, aligning engagement plans with corporate priorities and business unit objectives.
  • Shape Marvell's corporate and technology narrative for analysts covering semiconductors, cloud infrastructure, AI, networking, and data center technologies.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with top-tier analysts and influencer firms, positioning Marvell as a technology and thought leader in the semiconductor ecosystem.
  • Advocate for and educate analysts on Marvell's strategy, innovation roadmap, and market differentiation.
  • Provide strategic insight to senior leadership on analyst perception, competitive positioning, and emerging industry narratives.
  • Lead analyst engagement events, including analyst days, strategic briefings, and major industry conferences.
  • Manage inbound analyst engagement, including research requests, report reviews, forecasting collaboration, and custom analyst interactions.
  • Deliver actionable intelligence by analyzing analyst research and translating insights for executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee analyst firm engagements, including subscriptions, advisory services, sponsored research, and speaking opportunities.
  • This role will play a central part in how the industry understands Marvell's leadership in powering the next generation of AI-driven and cloud-scale infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a strategic communicator and relationship builder who understands complex technology markets and thrives in high-visibility roles.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B analyst relations, corporate communications, or technology PR, ideally in the semiconductor, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology sectors.
  • Proven success building and managing relationships with top-tier technology analysts and research firms.
  • Strong understanding of the technology influencer ecosystem, with experience developing targeted engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor and data infrastructure markets, including trends across AI, hyperscale cloud, networking, and storage technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Collaborative, proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

172,930 - 259,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
