Job Summary Responsible to assess, diagnose, treat and help prevent speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, fluency and other related disorders.Does this position require Patient Care? Yes -Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. -Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. -Implement treatment plans through a variety of techniques and modalities. -Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed. -Educate patients and their families about speech and language disorders, and provide strategies for improving communication. -Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Qualifications Education Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology [CCC-SLP] - ASHA - required Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License [State License] - preferred Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - preferred Experience Acute hospital experience 0-1 year preferred Additional Job Details (if applicable) Women & Infants Hospital, Spaulding Rehabilitation Remote Type Work Location Pay Range $38.30 - $56.59/HourlyGrade 6 At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization.
