As a Security Guard - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Cleveland, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor for unusual activity or unauthorized individuals within the manufacturing and industrial location, and report findings according to site protocols.
• Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management as required by site policies.
• Document security-related incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols and/or incident response.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client staff to address security-related needs specific to the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
