As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Conduct screening of individuals, vehicles, and/or packages entering and exiting the logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized access or prohibited items.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures for screening processes and maintain accurate records as required.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and/or contractors with questions regarding access procedures or directions within the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site guidelines.
• Work closely with logistics and distribution personnel to support security-related operations and help to deter disruptions to business activities.
• Remain alert and attentive to surroundings and report any suspicious activity, security-related concerns, or policy violations to the appropriate personnel or supervisor.
• Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate, including evacuations or lockdowns, according to location protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
