As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a government location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with the public, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and/or visitors as needed to support location operations.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter potential disruptions and promote order.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and/or daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
