As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol government locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols and interact professionally with those onsite, providing exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the government transit facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using de-escalation techniques and appropriate communication.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.
• Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services when required, following established protocols for government locations.
• Document and report observations, incidents, and activities in a clear and timely manner according to Allied Universal guidelines.
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings at all times, adapting to changes in the environment and responding to evolving situations as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
