Sonepar Management Group (SMG) supports our Sonepar brands (i.e. operating companies) in the US through a shared services model. These services include, but are not limited to: human resources, finance, digital enterprise, supply chain, vendor relations, marketing, legal, and communications. The SMG teams enable our brands to do business in their local regions while taking advantage of the scale and collective resources of a global enterprise. Position Overview We are hiring aFinancial Systems Manager, a key contributor within the Sonepar USA Digital Enterprise organization. This role is responsible for the strategy, oversight, and continuous improvement of financial tools, systems, and technology solutions that support the Finance organization. The Financial Systems Manager partners closely with Finance leadership and key stakeholders to ensure the company has theright financial systems and capabilities in place to support accounts receivables, accounts payables, accounting, reporting, close, compliance, and business decision-making. This role owns the financial systems landscape and roadmap, ensuring solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned to business needs. Key systems may include (but are not limited to): Journal Entry and Period Close tools, ERP Accounting, Journals, Accounts payables and receivables, General Ledger, Financial Reporting platforms, third-party financial applications, and future finance technologies.
